I met with Charlie and his parents on a beautifully overcast day in Wash Park (gorgeous setting, by the way). Charlie is almost the exact same age as my youngest (about 3 1/2 months) but I never have seen such a chunky 3 month old.  I have a feeling Charlie is going to have a lot of people wanting to squeeze those chubby cheeks!
