One of my goals this year was to apply for and to be selected as a Beauty Revived photographer. And guess what? I just received an email that I was in fact selected to be part of the inspiring 50 Beautiful Mothers campaign. I am honored to have been chosen and am lucky that I will get to work with one amazing mother.

I first heard about Beauty Revived a few years ago and was immediately drawn to their purpose: “Photographers challenging the world’s definition of beauty”. The organization encourages photographers to use their lens for good and highlight some pretty incredible people in this world. The focus for this campaign is on mothers but previous campaigns have highlighted, children, teachers and high-schoolers.

The mother who is chosen will receive a photo session from me, some extra goodies, and their images and stories will appear in the May edition of the Beauty Revived magazine! How cool is that?
I would also love to be able to provide the winning mother with a hair/makeup artist and a clothing stylist for our special session- if you happen to know anyone that could help, please reach out.

I am currently accepting nominees for this campaign.  A nominee is a mother who is doing good, serving others and changing the world. If you know an inspiring, kind, compassionate mother who would be a good fit, please send a brief email as well as a photo. The nominee should be aware that they are being nominated since their images and store will appear in a national magazine.

I literally can’t wait to read about these amazing mothers but I am not looking forward to the difficult task of choosing just one.  Thank you all for your help!
