It is no secret that I LOVE newborn sessions.  As a seasoned Denver newborn photographer, one of my favorite types of session is when siblings are involved and this photo session had not one, but two amazing big brothers!  Yes, having young siblings it makes it a little more chaotic, especially if the siblings are still young, but I just love seeing the connection between the siblings and their new family addition.  This sweet family of 5 was kind enough to invite me into their home shortly after their baby girl was born. Matilda was a dream to photograph- so calm and sweet. And her big brothers were equally amazing. They were so curious what I was doing, but were so attentive to their new baby sister. They loved holding her, touching her and snuggling her– every parents dream!

With two older brothers, I think mom really enjoyed all things girl when it came to this photo session. I am just loving this poppy swaddle and matching hat. Proof that girls do not have to be all pink!

Oh, and have you seen these really cute signs? Such a cute and clever way to announce a baby’s birth stats. There are a few different versions but this one was from LetterFolk. And this wooden sign above the crib is such a beautiful sentiment and means so much to the mom.

Such a fun session and the amazing big brothers couldn’t have been more sweet!
